I've been asked numerous times about the title of my new poetry collection, What The Moon Asks Of Us.

The most frequent question I receive is simple; "What does the moon ask of us?"

As a poet, I'm much more interested in knowing what the title poem means to you, the listener, the reader. I recorded an audio version (below) with the hope that when you listen you can decide for yourself.

Before you press play, take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Then listen.

Really listen.

After you've finished, take a moment to ask yourself, "What does this poem mean to me?"

I use the moon as a metaphor so you can take it from there. Feel free to let me know what this poem means to you. You can answer publicly or privately.

Thank you for listening.
